Josh is a seasoned technologist with 8+ years of experience in market research specializing in API design and development. He is passionate about solving problems with technology and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams to drive businesses forward. As InnovateMR’s Director of Technology, Josh is focused on extending the reach and adoption of our API products while also building out the next generation of research technology to drive innovative change.

Katherine Albers

Product Manager, InnovateMR

Katherine’s 10 year journey in market research spans across various companies and roles. From the qualitative side of hosting focus groups and conducting IDIs (she even did some cold calling at the very start of her career!) to the quantitative side with experience in sales, project management, and client services Katherine has extensive experience in the entire market research process. Katherine’s recent transition into product stems from a passion for improving the software she was using in her day-to-day role as a Project Manager. As a new Product Manager at InnovateMR, Katherine works towards optimizing the company’s internal products which are used across multiple departments. She acts as the liaison between department heads and tech leads to design the most efficient, intuitive, and accommodating tool (to both client and user) possible.

Laura Berga

Head of Data & Insights, HBO Max Latin America at HBOMax

Laura Berga is the Head of Data & Insights for HBO Max Latin America at Warnermedia, a leader in its region for premium entertainment. During a career spanning over twenty years, Laura has fine-tuned her talents in meeting the strategic, consumer and business research needs of diverse companies. In her current role at HBO Max, Laura oversees a team of analysts that provides the organization with brand and audience measurement, marketing analytics and optimization, as well as consumer insights and business intelligence.


Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Graphic Design degree and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from the University of Miami.

Marina Kosten

Head of Research and Strategy, StoryFit & Senior Fellow, Center for Digital Future

Kosten is a senior global research and strategy executive involved in developing market and consumer insights and is currently Head of Research and Strategy at StoryFit. Before her current role she served as vice president of consumer research in the International Theatrical Division of 20th Century Fox where she oversaw research related to releasing Fox films in top 20 international markets.

Prior to 20th Fox, Marina oversaw another dimension of the entertainment landscape at Activision-Blizzard, where she focused on Guitar Hero and Call of Duty franchises, in addition to Activision’s portfolio of licensed video games. Marina began her career as a social researcher; her interest in understanding human behavior led her through senior roles at several global research suppliers.

Cheryl Corbin

Director, Research Mobility & Platform - Global Marketing, Uber

Cheryl is a marketing insight and measurement leader. Her experience includes all aspects of product & brand marketing go to market insight development planning, campaign measurement, brand advertising evaluation, and behavioral and social media analytics. She has successfully delivered insights to businesses in the high-tech & online space, telecommunications, media & entertainment.

In her current role as Director of Research Mobility & Platform at Uber, Cheryl leads a team focused on delivering strategic insights to inform Uber Marketing, product, and policy.
