Aarti Desai is the RVP of Financial Services at NewtonX, a B2B market research provider specializing in expert surveys, calls, and consulting services.  She has spent 19 years leading GTM Strategy and Business development at financial data, market research, sports analytics, and social media companies with a focus on building strong client relationships, and building businesses to scale. On the personal side she is an avid sports fan and even coaches both her daughters' Soccer and Basketball teams, loves to read and travel, and can't hide that she loves a lot of cheesy/mindless reality TV shows.

Linh Phillips is a human centric leader with over 14+ years of experience in the CPG & Beverage space (coffee and beverage alcohol). Over her career she has had a breadth of experience across finance, strategy, ventures and consumer insights to build, innovate, and commercialize local and national brands. An insatiably curious, strategic & forward thinker who thrives in collaborative spaces to explore and push boundaries, challenge the status quo, and provoke new thinking. She is a big believer in anchoring in the human perspective and promoting divergent thinking. Linh is originally from Rochester, NY and currently resides in Nashville, TN with her wonderful family, her husband Chad, 3 year old son Landon, and Lab-Sharpei dog Harvey.

Jo advises and supports leaders, teams and organisations on a wide range of challenges; helping them successfully grow and achieve.Her energy and inspiration is an echoing theme in her client feedback along with her unique ability to balance commercial acumen and humanistic values. She is the Founder of Fit for the Future and is a senior leader with over 20 years of international commercial experience in a career that has spanned, but is not limited to, HR and Retail. She effortlessly transfers her skills, knowledge and experience from large organisations to individuals and teams with intuitive insight and perspective.

Jo has worked with several private and public sector clients on team and individual development initiatives to provide high potential talent with the skills and behaviours to deliver in senior roles. She has supported several teams and individuals to work through change and build personal, team and organisational resilience. Her own personal development is important to her. Through her love of learning she has gained certificates in Coaching & Mentoring, Positive Psychology, Mental Toughness, MBTI and Workplace Mediation.

Outside of work, Jo loves to travel and experience new cultures. She can also be found weaving adventure and opportunity into her life, often found travelling the UK in her RV or chasing her dog, Bailey, around the countryside.
