2018 Best Place to Work Research
The 2018 Best Place to Work study was undertaken with the goal of identifying, acknowledging and celebrating organizations whose qualities fell in line with those most desired by women in market research with the added intention that the publicizing of these results might influence the attitudes and operations of organizations within the industry toward the betterment for all. This study was carried out online from May-April of 2018 and warranted 580 responses from 30+ countries globally. Lilah Koski, CEO of Logica Research, carried out the analysis of the study and shared her findings at the Best Places to Work award ceremony + luncheon at ESOMAR Congress in Berlin; below we’ve embedded her presentation of the research from that event. Conclusions from the Best Place to Work research study were used to inform the criteria for the Best Places to Work award, the aim of which being to congratulate and raise awareness about the organizations who are doing their utmost to support and encourage the well-being of their female employees. With help from Keen as Mustard and continued support from Logica Research, WIRe sought nominations from employees who felt their workplace best embodied the qualities gleaned from the research study as being indicative of a “great place to work.” Over 50 nominations were received and a winner and runner-up were selected by the WIRe advisory board.
